Mig was awesome and helped me quickly. I had a huge order of shirts that had to be made and i was sent some wrong size i understand mistakes happen nothing is perfect but Mig definitely responded with help and got me what i needed

I wanted to say thank you to my customer service agent today (Charlie at Wordans). He went above and beyond. He contacted UPS on my behalf as they lost my package, called me back promptly and provided me with a coupon so I could re-order my items and get them out as quickly as possible. It was clear that he understood the importance of me getting my products and that he genuinely felt bad that UPS had lost it. He definitely took a bad experience with UPS and turned into a very positive experience with Wordans. I will 100% be a return customer, and promote Wordans services to friends and family. I appreciate Thank you.

Mig was amazing today! She was able to get the sales tax removed from our account since we are tax exempt. She also gave me a code for a 3% discount on my entire order!! Thank you again Mig! IT was all done with a simple phone call too.
